"Most accountants learn business theory from a textbook; I learned it on the shop floor. I started my career with no qualifications, working in the gritty reality of factories, warehouses, and tyre-fitting bays. I then spent a decade behind the wheel of a refuse vehicle before working my way through operations, supply chain, and project management into the world of finance. Along the way I have worked for major PLCs such as Travis Perkins and Jaguar Landrover.

This journey gave me a perspective that a lecture hall simply cannot provide. I am a CIMA Member in Practice and a Qualified Lean Six Sigma Practitioner, meaning I operate at the exact intersection of financial rigour and operational efficiency.

I built Neuvantage to bridge the gap between the manual reality of the shop floor and the strategic strategy of the boardroom.
